  • Files and Logos: Files uploaded to briefs and any logos provided by creatives or clients.

  • To facilitate the creation and sharing of briefs between creatives and their clients.

File Storage and Content Policy

Files uploaded to WeBrief are stored securely on our private Digital Ocean storage. These files are intended for use only by the creative and their client in relation to the brief. We are not responsible for the content of uploaded files and reserve the right to remove any files that may pose legal or security risks without prior notice.

Sharing Your Information

  • We do not share your data with any other users or third parties without explicit consent.
  • We use SendGrid for transactional emails, which requires sharing email addresses and email contents with this third-party provider.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the WeBrief service.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to track user behavior on our platform. This data will only be used to improve our service and will not be shared with any third parties or used for advertising purposes.
